Yes. This set includes 5 resistance levels from extra light to extra heavy. Beginners can start with the extra light or light bands for basic stretching, mobility, or light strength work.
What are the resistance tubes made from?

Both coextruded tube layers are natural latex. The elastic inner core is surrounded by an abrasion-resistant outer layer.
How to wear the ankle strap?

1. Wrap ankle strap around your ankle, and only your ankle. Make sure the ankle strap issnug and the Velcro is connected securely before exercise.

2. Clip bands to the D-Ring and make sure the connection is secure before any exercise
What type of door should be used with the door anchor?

Use only a solid, fully latched hinged door and position the anchor on the hinge side so the pulling force keeps the door closed. Do not use a sliding, folding, bifold or glass-paneled door, or a door that opens toward you.

Inspect every tube before use and replace any tube that becomes chalky, cracked, damaged near a fitting or changed in length. Keep the tubes away from sharp edges during use and storage.
